Born in NYC and tested globally, Orchestrate Ops Solutions was founded by two powerhouse women on a mission to bring world-class expertise and executive partnership to the startup space.
Between us, we’ve supported leaders from seed rounds to exits, built businesses from scratch, and steadied others in moments of transformation. We know what it takes to turn ideas into execution, because we’ve lived it.

Jasmina Halimic, Founder
Jasmina brings clarity to complexity and momentum to mission.
Drawing on years of performing as an opera singer, she’s mastered the art of orchestration - blending creative precision with sharp business instinct to make vision executable.
Over two decades, she’s supported Presidents and C-Suite leaders at firms like Apollo Global Management, Morgan Stanley, and the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, then went on to lead as a fractional Chief of Staff and Executive Business Partner for SaaS, cybersecurity startups, and nonprofits.
Her focus: designing systems, scaling teams, and guiding founders through the chaos of growth, fundraising, and M&A readiness.
A founder herself, Jasmina built a thriving product business from the ground up, giving her a founder mindset, intuition for urgency, risk, and resilience.
Known for her speed, serene confidence, steadiness, and bias for action, she helps leaders move from overwhelmed to orchestrated, turning complexity into flow and ideas into results.
Sarah Gjimaraj, Founder
Sarah is the strategist who turns disorder into direction. Growing up in Princeton, NJ, she learned the art of balance early, bringing order to complexity and calm to high-energy environments. That instinct became her superpower in the fast-paced worlds of startups, finance, biotech, and global ventures.

Over the years, Sarah has partnered with founders and executives at places like Roc Capital, Two Sigma, TPG Growth, a Cleveland Clinic biotech spinout, and a European Union funded Global Hospitality Venture helping them align teams, refine operations, and scale with intention. Sarah has been on the winning team for many successful fundraises culminating in billions raised. She is also known for designing and hosting transformative corporate retreats and offsites that give teams space to reconnect, reset, and refocus on what really matters.

At her core, Sarah believes that great companies start with vision, grow through alignment, and thrive on follow-through. She brings those same values home as a proud mom to two trilingual daughters who remind her daily how to stay curious, grounded, and joyful in the chaos of growth.
